This group of about 35 had the opportunity to observe our design team, ask questions, and hear presentations from several LightCMS team members.     Every December about this time, we like to take a look back and reflect on all that has happened with LightCMS over the previous year. It's always fun for me to peruse a year's worth of blog posts and remember just how much can happen in a twelve month period. 2011 has been another groundbreaking year for LightCMS.

    Last year, our parent company, Element Fusion, gave away several websites to several non-profit organizations. We donated our own custom design services as a well as a year of hosting on the CMS platform. One of those websites launched recently and is now up and running.

  • Brand Spankin' New Company T-Shirt for Summer 2011

    As many of you know, our parent company (Element Fusion) puts our designers to good use and has them create a new t-shirt every quarter. This summer's t-shirt was designed by the gloriously bewhiskered Ty Carlson. His design features an invigorating deluge from what could very well be Poseidon's beard to tantalize us in this summer's oppressive heat.

  • LightCMS Shine the Light! Program Recognized for Philanthropic Impact

    Last night, the Journal Record Publishing Company held its annual Beacon Awards banquet here in Oklahoma City. Our company, Element Fusion, was honored to be invited as a finalist for the Beacon Award for philanthropic impact by a small business in the State of Oklahoma. We were even more surprised and honored when we were named the recipient of this award last night.

  • Element Fusion Winter 2010 t-shirt revealed

    Our company, Element Fusion, has a tradition of designing an exclusive company t-shirt every season. And just last week we received the Winter 2010 t-shirt, featuring the work of Element Fusion designer Evan Brandell. The first black Element Fusion t-shirt features a rocket launching into the sky from an elegant tree line, obviously symbolizing our company's priority to be the first space-based content management system.

  • Spotlight on Shine the Light!

    Our Shine the Light! program got a little attention from The Wall Street Journal last week. We're honored that this major media publication took notice of all the great work that has been done by LightCMS customers through Shine the Light!

  • We finally did it

    Typically, when we talk about something that's going to increase efficiency, improve workload capacity, and ultimately save lives, we're talking about an amazing new feature we've added to the LightCMS system. But the new feature we're talking about today is actually just for those of us that work here with LightCMS. Its UI may not be stellar, it isn't compatible with CSS3 or HTML5, and there's no apparent way to give it upgrades.
