You agree to these terms and conditions when you enroll in LightCMS Rewards.

Provision of Benefits

All benefits and rewards levels are based on total LightCMS revenue for a single LightCMS account. LightCMS revenue includes only LightCMS base pricing and does not include revenue generated by a customer's marked-up profit, even if that profit is billed through client billing. Benefits received when a customer achieves a particular rewards level may be revoked if the customer's revenue later falls below the threshold for that rewards level. It is ultimately the responsibility of each customer to initiate the fulfillment of available benefits. Benefits left unfulfilled will be forfeited. 

Except for cash-back benefits and store revenue profit sharing, none of the benefits of the LightCMS Rewards program carry any cash value. Customers will not be compensated in cash for any part of the rewards program other than cash-back benefits and store revenue profit sharing as described below.

Cash Back Benefits

Cash back is calculated and distributed as follows:

• On the first day of each month, the total LightCMS revenue for an account is calculated by adding up the LightCMS base pricing for all websites under the account.
• The total LightCMS revenue is then multiplied by the proper percentage, based on the rewards level that the current LightCMS revenue qualifies the customer for.
• The resulting amount is then deposited into the account's "money pile."
• The account owner may withdraw funds at any time from the money pile by requesting funds inside the account admin system.
• Requested funds will be delivered via PayPal. This process may take up to five business days to complete.
• Funds will be assessed a 5% fee when they are withdrawn from the money pile.

Store Revenue Profit Sharing

Store revenue profit sharing is calculated and distributed as follows:

• On the first day of each month, the total store revenue for an account is calculated by adding up the amount of all store transactions that have occurred on any website under the account during the previous month.
• The total store revenue is then multiplied by the profit sharing percentage.
• The resulting amount is then deposited into the account's "money pile."
• The account owner may withdraw funds at any time from the money pile by requesting funds inside the account admin system.
• Requested funds will be delivered via PayPal. This process may take up to five business days to complete.
• Funds will be assessed a 5% fee when they are withdrawn from the money pile.

Special Provisions

• Free Company Website (Silver Level and above) - If your company website is currently counting toward your LightCMS revenue total, you must have enough LightCMS revenue to qualify for the Silver level after your company website is set to free, before you can receive the free company website benefit.
• Custom Website Plan (Diamond Partner and above) - The custom website plan benefit is not a guarantee that LightCMS will accept any proposal for a custom plan. Rather. it is an invitation to negotiate for a custom plan. The final decision on whether or not to include a custom plan will be made by LightCMS.

Modifications to the Program

The LightCMS Rewards program may be cancelled, changed or revoked at any time at the discretion of Element Fusion. Benefits available through the rewards program may be cancelled, changed or revoked at any time at the discretion of Element Fusion. Element Fusion reserves the right to deny participation in the LightCMS Rewards program, in part or in whole, to any individual customer or group of customers at its discretion.
