Each Professional is added to our Professional listings including a dedicated page on the LightCMS website highlighting information about their business and showing examples of their work.
What is the cost of becoming a Professional?
There is absolutely no cost to join the LightCMS Professionals program. However, there is an application process and not all applicants will be accepted.
How will LightCMS customers get in touch with me?
Every LightCMS Professional listing includes a contact button, which directs the customer to an email form they will complete to get in touch with the Professional they have selected. As a Professional, you will be notified by email whenever a customer has initiated contact with you.
How do I apply to become a LightCMS Professional?

What criteria are used in accepting applications?
There are specific criteria that must be met by every Professional in order to be considered. These items are listed next to the application form. In addition, LightCMS evaluates each application on a number of factors to ensure that Professionals meet our standards of quality. LightCMS reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason.
What does it mean to offer “Setup” services?
LightCMS Setup is a pre-defined set of services offered at a fixed price. Every LightCMS Professional can choose whether or not they wish to offer Setup services. A complete overview of Setup services can be found here on our support site.
