FOWD 2010 Wrap Up

Well, Chad and I are back home in Oklahoma City after a great time at the Future of Web Design conference in New York City. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello. We were happy to meet all of those who won their registrations through our pre-conference giveaways as well as many, many other new friends.

The new "Web Designers are Sexy" shirts were a big success. So much so that we ran our of our smaller sizes within the first few hours. It seems that web designers in the northeast are not only sexy but also quite small. Our apologies to those who didn't get their preferred sizes. We'll be sure to load up on the smaller sizes next time.

For more chances to win a "Web Designers are Sexy" t-shirt, be sure to stay tuned to our blog, Twitter feed, and Facebook page. You never know when opportunity will come your way.

We were also pleased to hear so much positive feedback about LightCMS. Those who had already used the software had great things to say about it, and those who were seeing it for the first time expressed some great interest. It's always great to get that type of affirmation for the work that's already been done. But remember, there's much more to come. Our team is bigger and better than ever and hard at work on some major new improvements that'll be rolling out in the coming months.

Thanks also go out to the team at Carsonified for their excellent level of service. The show was a great experience from end to end and they are to be commended for their work.

At this point, LightCMS's next traveling destination will be SXSW Interactive in Austin coming up in March 2011. Hope to see you there!

Here's Tim with the winner of our iPod Touch. We held a little contest where people could tweet a picture of themselves with their new "Web Designers are Sexy" shirts to enter.
